Holiday Caroling Highlights: Spreading Cheer With GCA

Over the past two weeks, our Girls Choral Academy singers have been busy spreading holiday cheer throughout our community, and making memories along the way.

Our first caroling stop brought us to Pridgeon & Clay, where our girls shared their voices with employees during a festive workplace gathering. The room was filled with warmth, joy, and music, and our singers rose to the moment with confidence and heart. We were deeply moved when the company’s leadership surprised GCA with a generous donation, reminding our girls that their voices truly matter and can make a meaningful impact beyond the rehearsal room.

The following week, our choirs headed to the Meijer corporate office to perform during their holiday celebration. Between carols, the girls soaked in the fun of the season—saying hello to Santa, singing loud for all to hear with Buddy the Elf, and enjoying the excitement of performing in such a joyful setting. Laughter and smiles were everywhere as our singers shared their music with a new audience.

Both outings were made even more special by the chance to enjoy delicious meals together, relax, and celebrate the season as a GCA family. These caroling events were about more than performances, they were moments of connection, gratitude, and togetherness that reflect the heart of Girls Choral Academy. We’re so thankful to Pridgeon & Clay and Meijer for welcoming our singers and helping make this holiday season one to remember!
