Join us at Advent Antiphons with Lisa Knight

Girls Choral Academy is thrilled to celebrate and spotlight our Executive Director, Lisa Knight, who has been invited to open this year’s O Antiphons Advent series with the Dominican Sisters ~ Grand Rapids.


Each year, the Sisters host a seven-night Advent experience filled with prayer, song, and contemplative reflection. This peaceful tradition runs December 17–23 from 6:00–6:45pm, and we are honored that our executive Director, Lisa Knight, was selected to lead the very first evening, offering the reflection for O Wisdom on December 17.

Lisa’s voice, leadership, and compassion continue to inspire our choirs, families, and community partners, and we’re delighted to see her gifts uplifted and recognized in this meaningful way.


✨ About the O Antiphons Series

The O Antiphons are ancient, Scripture-based prayers from the Middle Ages, each reflecting a prophetic title for Jesus. Every evening features a guest speaker who guides participants deeper into the spiritual meaning of that night’s theme, followed by a candlelight procession.

Lisa’s opening night reflection will help set the tone for the entire series, inviting participants into a week of peace, wisdom, and preparation during the Advent season.

Registration required. One Zoom link grants access to all seven nights, with a downloadable worship aid available for at-home participation.
