Join us Saturday March 16, 2024 at 3 PM for the Girls Choral Academy's
WINTER CONCERTS. All seven (7) choirs will be performing and you don't want to miss what will be a beautiful and inspiring moment of peace in the middle of your crazy cold weekend!
PARENT INFORMATION: Here are the drop off, uniform and soundcheck instructions for each choir. Please READ and SHARE this information if you have fellow chorister friends who may not use social media, websites or email. We want to be sure to reach everyone!
GNGC - The Grandville Neighborhood Choirs - Including SWAB, Buchanan & Chavez school singers:Â

1:30 PM -Â Drop Off time for GNGC SingersÂ
LOCATION: Â Â Main doors of First United Methodist ChurchÂ
(which are located off the parking lot).
Instructions:Â Girls head downstairs to Choir Room upon arrival for dressing.Â
Dresses & shoes will be downstairs waiting for them. Report to Sanctuary after.Â
1:50 PM Â Soundcheck with Maya McAdory
LOCATION: Â Sanctuary
2:30 PM - Doors open for parents and audience members
3:00Â PMÂ Concert starts
DISMISSAL AFTER PERFORMANCE:Â Â Â
Girls return downstairs to put their shoes away &Â hang up
dresses with Miss Maya and parent volunteers. Afterwards,
they will reunite w/ parents at the Parent Meeting.Â

PARENT MEETING: Â Â
While girls are changing, parents will head downstairs toÂ
Wesley Hall for a brief PARENT MEETING. Miss Jody to
 present materials on the May 4, 2024 Chicago Trip.

LOCATION:   Sanctuary (After soundchecks, report to the Upper Room)
2:30Â PM - Doors open for parents and audience members
3:00Â PMÂ Concert starts
DISMISSAL: After the concert, PARENTS & ALL Downtown Choir meet w/ Avalon Cutts-JonesÂ
regarding end of season and choir trips.  LOCATION:      Upper Room
JUNIOR ACADEMY II and the SE CAMPUS CHOIRÂ Â
2:00Â PM -Â Drop Off - Arrive dressed & performance-ready
LOCATION: Â Â Main doors of First United Methodist Church (which are located off the parking lot).
2:10 PM Soundchecks with Miss Avalon Cutts-Jones         Â
LOCATION:   Sanctuary (After soundchecks, report to the Upper Room)

 Please note: JAI and JAII girls do have an end of the school year adventure being planned for them however details are pending and we are awaiting information before presenting it to the families. Your parent meeting will not occur after the March 16th concert, but information will indeed be distributed soon by Miss Avalon Cutts-Jones your new Choir Director!
JUNIOR ACADEMY I CHOIR
